Accelerated has syndicated many successful commercial real estate investments in and around the Las Vegas Valley, our investors have enjoyed above market returns consistently, even during the most recent downturn.

One of the things that separates Accelerated from most groups is our experience in operations of commercial buildings, we analyze, inspect and then form the group on investors that will become the properties owners. Accelerated invests its own capital into every deal that is done, and we manage and operate every deal we acquire. Who better to manage and oversee your investment then someone who has their own money in the deal

Accelerated analyzes investments through real world analysis, analyticals & benchmarks which are based on our working knowledge in the industry. If an investment is deemed worthy we will move to put the deal under contract and put together an investment team to do a thorough due diligence, once the due diligence is complete we reach out to our investors to raise the capital necessary to purchase the property.

Investors can expect consistent communication through the acquisition and upon takeover of the asset. We produce weekly reports, monthly financials and send out investor updates along with their returns on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the investment.

Investors also have access to their properties operations through our owner’s portal, this portal has access to all current and past financial statements and weekly reports, as well as, inspection reports, it also allows owners to log-in to the management system and look at what is going on with property operations in real time.
